Wednesday 16th:
Arrival of delegates. Meeting at the airport and transfer to MARIA ANGOLA hotel. Accommodation per 3 nights. Breakfast included.
20:00 hrs. Welcome dinner, hosted by Peruvian Senate at the Maria Angola Hotel.
22:15 hrs. Transfer from the hotel to the centre of Lima, near Bolognesi Square to “Las Brisas del Titicaca” Cultural Club where you will appreciate the beauty of Peruvian dances performed by several dance schools, all of them spectacularly represented in typical colorful dresses of the regions. You will enjoy an amazing and spectacular Peruvian Folk show.
Thursday 17th
09:00 hrs. Economic Conference: Business opportunities in Peru.
13:00 hrs. Lunch at LA MAR restaurant owned by the well-known Peruvian chef Mr. Gaston Acurio.
15:00 hrs. Lima City tour: Our guided tour visit to Lima allows you to see the Historical Center; Paseo de la República, San Martin Square, Main Square, the Government Palace, The Cathedral, and Archbishop’s Palace; the City Hall and old streets with colonial mansions and Moorish balconies.
In San Francisco, the most magnificent America’s colonial and monumental center, you find a Basilica with 21 altars, the convent with the cloister, the Clementina and Capitular room, the choir, the monk’s library, the Profundis Museum that exhibits 11 paints of Rubens. The sacristia with paints of Zurbaran and Rivera, the Gran Patio garnished with Seville’s tiles from the XVI century, Moorish arcs and finally underground tombs (catacombs). San Francisco is a cultural patrimony for the world.
After that, you will see the modern zone of Lima ending with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean.
21:00 hrs. Formal dinner in honor of the visitors. It will be held at the Hotel’s Restaurant.
Friday 18th
TOUR CUZCO 3 Days / 2 nights.
08:00 hrs. Transfer from the Hotel in Lima to the airport, on time to take your flight to Cuzco. 09:30 hrs. Departure to Cuzco.
10:30 hrs. Meeting on arrival and transfer to your Hotel. Accommodation in a double room with breakfast included, per 3 nights. Morning free of activities for relax and adjust to the altitude.
In the afternoon, a three-hour escorted City Tour of Cuzco (Main Square, Cathedral, Koricancha Temple) and the surrounding ruins of Kenko, Pucapucara, Tambomachay and the Fortress of Sacsahuaman.
Night meeting with Members of JCI Cuzco.
Saturday 19th
Very early morning departure from your hotel to the Train station. You will have your seat in backpacker train. You will be escorted for an English speaking guide during your visit of the Lost City of the Incas: Machu Picchu. These ruins are most impressive, due to the fact that they were constructed entirely out of stone, bearing in mind that modern mechanical devices were unknown in the era in which this monumental work was executed. Lunch at the restaurant of “Sanctuary Lodge”. Afternoon escorted transfer to the train station for your return train trip to Cuzco. Meeting on arrival and transfer to your hotel.
Sunday 20th
Breakfast at your hotel. 08:00 hrs. transfer to the airport. 09:00 hrs. departure from Cuzco.
10:00 hrs. Arrival to Lima. Meeting and transfer to Maria Angola Hotel. Accommodation with breakfast included.
16:00 hrs. to 19:00 hrs. Dialogue of Senators
20:30 hrs. Friendship Ball and Dinner
Monday 21st
Breakfast at your hotel.
Transfer to the airport on time to take your flight connection to your Country.
